What To Expect

The Pre-Visit

Gone are the days of showing up for your hair appointment and neither of us knowing what to expect! When you book a service with me, it starts with an application form. Don't worry, this isn't a test and there are no wrong answers! With full knowledge of your hair history, and an idea of what your desired result is (even if its not specific), I will be so much better prepared with the plan, products, and time frame to help you achieve your dream results. 

The Consultation

After you submit your Hair Service application, I will reach out to you within 24-72 hour for your complimentary 15 minute phone consultation. This will give us an opportunity to discuss what is possible for your hair and what the path will be to your desired result. From there we can schedule and/or confirm your appointment time and look forward to our experience together.

After Goodbye

After your experience with me at Sanctuary Salon, I will recommend a time frame for your return and home care products to maintain your new look. I also like to follow up with you 1-2 weeks post visit to make sure that you are still enjoying your new 'do, are successfully able to style and care for it, and see if any adjustments are necessary. This is your golden opportunity to share with me any feedback that will help us continue down the path to perfectly customize your hair to your specific needs. Please feel free to contact me directly if you are at all dissatisfied with your service, there is so much opportunity for growth in ALL forms of feedback. Next, I will simply look forward to the next time you return as a guest in my Salon!
