This application will ask you a bit about your hair history and your hair goals. This will not only help me determine if NBR can meet your needs, but also fully prepares me with the info I need to create a path from your current reality to your dream hair.

What To Expect

The Pre-Visit

Gone are the days where you show up to an appointment and neither of us know what to expect! With my New Client Application forms, I am able to gather enough information to discuss a plan for achieving your desired look. This also allows me to give you an accurate price quote and make sure the appropriate amount time is scheduled. I hope that this website allows you an opportunity to get to know me, my salon, and my skill set so you can begin to feel comfortable before you arrive. 

The Consultation

Following your Hair Service application, I will contact you to schedule a complimentary 15 minute phone consultation. This will be an opportunity for you to elaborate more on what you would like to accomplish in your visit to Sanctuary Salon, and we can collaborate on a plan to get you there. I will be able to provide you with an accurate price quote as well as schedule/confirm your appointment with an better understanding of how much time to allow. 

After Goodbye

When we conclude your visit, I will recommend home care products to protect and recreate your look, as well as a proposed maintenance time frame. I like to follow up with my new guests 1-2 weeks post visit to make sure that you are enjoying your look, are able to recreate your style, and see if any adjustments are necessary. I invite you to freely give me any feedback that you feel could improve your overall experience. I believe that ALL feedback makes space for growth opportunities. Both for me as a professional, and to help us hone in on how to perfect your look.
